Hi,

We setup two webchat queues in EMC. One is to handle Traditional Chinese and another is to handle English.

But in the agent configuration setting, there is one field called "Agent Specific Welcome Message" for setup the welcome message. May I know how I can display the default welcome message for these two queues with corresponding languages shown?

No.. that is not available. Only one welcome message per Agent supported.

oh....Any other setting in EMC can help me to send default message for different queue when agent takes the webchat request?

Afraid no.. no Queue specific Agent welcome messages when Agent answers.
