We have an outbound application disinged internally which will request avaya to dial out to the customer based on rules difined in application.
We have limited number of ports for our oubound application and we have to dial out no of calls in every interval by defined rules. One point of time we are shortage of ports or waiting in queue to dial and other end application is keep requesting avaya to dial, due to this dialing is not happening properly as expected.
Is there any API in avaya or Avaya can provide live feed to our application of available ports, dialing ports..etc.? based on this live feed application can request no of dials.
