Subject: SDK: Strange behavior in POMAgentState.Ready state.

When Agent is in POMAgentState.Ready state, try to send AGTStateChange(Ready) once more,
then AGTStateChangeRESP will return NotReady state.
But i found that on the POM side it's state is Ready.
Why does AGTStateChangeRESP return wrong value?
Does agent have to process this response?
