im using engagement designer and i have created a simple flow with a play and collect and some gateways. if the play announcement digit thats pressed == '1' or == '2' the workflow should go down a certain path but it is not.
i am using Equinox soft phone and after doing some reading i found that Equinox cant sent DTMF without an SBC, So i downloaded Avaya communicator and after installing + logging into it the result from my workflow is the same.

please advise, do i need an SBC?
is there a work around as to why my flows are not picking up DTMF.

Hi Rasheed, if this is happening in a non-Avaya lab, please open a SSR with Avaya Client Services. Somebody will have to look at log files to determine what is happening here. Thanks.
