Any chance that I can get a white paper with how to configure TFE REST Configurator

All I can find is a few pages in the "Contact Center Server Administration July 2018" page 79 to 83 Chapter 7.

An example can be is useful, since this is my first attempt.

I can't get the Key/Value to work

That said, this isn't actually an interface but a product feature so you are probably best served by your servicing partner.

All that aside, look at Chapter 20 of "Using Contact Center Orchestration Designer" document. I believe there is a sample or two in there.

Sorry @Bucky101, don't have any up my sleeve. If you want to open a support ticket with the problem you're tackling we can look at it with you. Although, as I said above, your servicing partner may be better placed to assist you (I guess it depends on the specific context here)

Hey I managed to stumble my way through the dark and get it to work. Absolute pain as there is no helpful data in any CCMS log that specifically tells you what part of the script is working / failing
