Using SMS web service to get the status of extensions. While making a submit request, I am getting the following exception "Exception: System.ServiceModel.FaultException: Connection Failed: Session is busy." This exception occurs continuously as I am making a submit request at intervals.

Any help would be appreciated.

When the error is occurring, are you able open a telnet session to your CM with the same credentials the SMS app is using?
