Hi experts,

The table 'TSAPI Linux client and SDK' says that Linux Operating System 64-bit requires Linux Operating System v7.2 64-bit version on page 14 in 'Avaya Aura® Application Enablement Services TSAPI and CVLAN Client and SDK Installation Guide' (https://downloads.avaya.com/css/P8/documents/101050429).

My colleague downloaded tsapi-client-linux-8.0.1-132.bin then he ran it on 64bit version of Red Hat Linux 7.2.
But he encountered the following messages:

Do you want to install the TSAPI Client RPM? [n]: y
Expected version of glibc rpm is not present on system. Please install 32-bit version of glibc rpm.
You may use "yum install glibc.i686" command to install 32-bit glibc rpm.

It seems that TSAPI Client installer requires 32bit-based components.
Is TSAPI Client for Linux 7.2 really 64bit?
If not, where can we get 64bit version of TSAPI Client?

Thank you in advance.

The table in the documents states which 64-bit OS is required/supported for the Linux client. However, as you found, the client still may require some 32-bit components. There is not any other version of the client that can be provided.

Best Regards.
