I have a very simple sample flow that has a prompt and collect step. It plays a TTS segment and collects 1 digit, followed by an end step. I have validated the flow and deployed it. When my call hits the flow, I hear the audio but the flow never proceeds to the End, it hangs at the collect indefinitely. Even after I hang up, the flow still shows the session as active. I have number of digits as 1, iterate as 1, and timeout as 3 seconds.

I have checked ED log and global log, but I do not see any errors. Can you advise what might be going on?

Also forgot to mention that pressing digits does not advance the flow.

Can you attach the workflow and the ED log in DEBUG level please?

Could you please enable logs for EngagementDesigner(ce dlogon EngagementDesigner), Breeze(ce dlogon), traceSM from Session manager.

Note down the time stamp, tail the logs
ce dlogw EngagementDesigner | tee /tmp/ed.log
ce dlogw | tee /tmp/breeze.log
Run traceSM on Session Manager

Reproduce the sceario, stop tailing logs and traceSM

Send the logs , will try to anaylyse.

Could you please let me know if we can debug live ?
