We would like to send an email when a call is abandoned in Oceana. We have this working, but we would like to add the timestamp the call entered the flow.
How can we add the current timestamp into the message body of the email in Engagement Designer?

There s no ED provided way currently to get TS

you can send current TS with the data that you start workflow with and use it later it email

I am thinking that you send some call related data to kick off the workflow instance, probably that call data already has TS that you can use or you would have to add a TS to that call data
