Subject: Snap-In execution not showing up in Instance on Admin Console

I am working with a customer that is running 3.2 ED. Incoming call workflows are executed, but they do not show up under Instance. If I launch the Snap-In by hand, it does. Is this a configuration problem and if so, what might it be?

can you please check the value of ed attributes in smgr

there should be an attribute called "delete completed instances or not", can you flip its value and try

Thanks. It was set to true and so I set it to false. The problem was still there (yes, I did a commit) so I set it back to true. Problem went away. Go figure.
