Hi Everyone,

I am pretty well versed in Avaya platforms but when it comes to Avaya DeV Connect I am what you would call a "Noob". I am trying to figure out how to integrate an application my company purchased, the do not support TSAPI, they instead use a windows TAPI driver.

I have been searching through this site, and it seems like Avaya only supports TAPI in the IP Office platform?

We are a CM/AES shop, so can anyone point me in any type of direction where I could explore options for a TAPI integration to Avaya CM/AES?

Any and all feedback more then welcome.

Thanks,

AE Services /Communication Manager does not support TAPI as a interface. TAPI is not viewed as an enterprise class open API. There are some middleware solutions that map TAPI to TSAPI available in the market. You can research one such middleware solution here: https://www.devconnectmarketplace.com/marketplace/estos-gmbh/ecsta
