Hello, team.
I have a question about Customer Journey presentation in customer's custom agent desktop application.

Oceana has Customer Management Snap-in.
In my understanding, the Customer Management Snap-in is core snap-in to present Customer Journey in Oceana Workspaces.
I'm wondering whether the Customer Management Snap-in provides API to present Customer Journey in 3rd party custom application.
I mean if customer makes 3rd party agent desktop application using Breeze Client SDK JavaScript API for Oceana agents, can they build Customer Journey in their custom agent desktop application?

At the present time, Avaya has not made the Customer Management snap-in API available publicly.
