Hi,

We have developed a cti application which uses unsecured t link and it works fine.
But we have to use secured t link. Is there a way to achieve this.
Since secured t link does not work with tspi exerciser.

The main problem that people have when using the secure links is with the certificates being used. Previously, Avaya provided default certs so that lab users could use the secure links without having to install their own. This is no longer the case and you will need to generate and install certificates yourself. I have attached a white paper that Avaya produced which describes this in more detail. You can also get more information in chapter 10 of the "Administering and Maintaining Avaya Aura Application Enablement Services".
