the Communication Manager SAT command 'list monitors' provides that information. You can get a total count from WebLM (note that if you are using the functionality that distributes blocks of licenses from webLM to AES, you will see the total WebLM has distributed, not necessarily those in use). Note further some license use is very transient and difficult to observe.

It's doesn't work i just see all devices but i nwhant see only that uselicenses in this time.
