Hi, I have a customer who wants to Use Outbound campaign management to allow agents to preview dial contacts that have been brought into the outbound campaign tool via a webservice to integrate into customers own SQL database, the customer will have three timeslots in the day where outbound contacts are made, if the called customer does not answer then the tool should be able to re-update the next timeslot with the previously dialled number, whilst maintaining the same amount of calls scheduled for that next timeslot, therefore whilst the campaign is running the tools provided should allow customer to update that contact list, when the customer (development engineer) started to deep dive into the SDK he found that the OutboundContactWS webservice only allows for a single contact at a time to be updated, this is not what they want. they want to be able to update multiple contacts.
Is it possible to remove and add multiple contacts into the outbound tool via the supplied Outbound-webservices- SDK ?
