Hello,

i have developed a callable snapin, that receives a call and plays an audio file in a loop.
I am able to execute an attended transfer, when i receive an external call on my desk phone.

But if i try to execute an unattended transfer, the snapin does not react to the call.

Is there a configuration that i must change, to enable the snapin to receive and accept the unattended transfer?

Thank you for your question. Could please clarify which package do you use?
This particualar forum related to client side SDK, but your question looks like related to a some server implementation.
If this is the case - I suggest to ask question on other forum.
