I'm trying to run the MyService sample service from the video. I built it, deployed and installed it into CE1. Everything worked just like the video. Except when I tried to have it fire off. I made a call from the extension configured (2200 in my case) to 2201 (another softphone) but none of the log messages from the MyService sample showed up. If you make a call from one extension to another on the same CM, your snap-in will not be invoked. This is true even if you are using SIP clients. Call Intercept snap-ins only work on calls to/from trunks. If you call into your assigned DID number to one of your extensions and if you have implicit sequencing / service profiles configured properly, you should then see your snap-in invoked.
