Dear, Expert.
A customer want to load Breeze on Nutanix.
As I know, only Presence Service Snap-In available on the Breeze which is deployed on Nutanix.
But this customer want to know whether their own developed Call Intercept Snap-In can work on the Breeze on Nutanix.
Would you please let me know to answer this customer's question?
Best regards,
Chris Kim.

The short answer is no. The presence snap-in runs on a dedicated instance of the Breeze Server, and does not support co-location of other snap-ins. If you have another snap-in you'd like to use, you need to install and configure a separate general-purpose Breeze Server instance.

Thank you for your reply!
Can I ask a futher question?
If customer install and configure a separate general-purpose Breeze Server instance for Call Intercept Snap-in,
Can the General-purpose Breeze Sever deployed on KVM of Nutanix?
Best regards, Chris Kim.

If it's a true KVM hypervisor, then this is permissible. If it's the Nutanix-specific AVH browser, we cannot support that at this time. Please open a GRIP if support for AVH is desired.

One more clarification: AVH IS supported for Presence Services running on Breeze. It is not yet supported for general purpose Breeze applications.
