Is anyone aware if an agent greeting application has been built with Breeze? Is it even possible?

The current Avaya non-Breeze solution does not work with SIP phones and the customer requires one that does.

Hi Andrew, you could probably do it but it would be a bit of a hack. You'd have to sequence Breeze on the front end of the call between the trunk and CM. It would then have to use AES (perhaps via ECC) to monitor every agent station. When the call is delivered to the agent desktop, it would find the right call (via UCID) and play the greeting. If desired, you could leverage the new Breeze capability to remove the Breeze server from the signaling path after the greeting has been played. You would most likely want to at least remove the media server (which would happen automatically if you remove it from the signaling path) This would cause a small glitch in the audio.

Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
