Subject: Where are the files: CallEventConsumer.xsd and AgentEventConsumer.xsd ?

Hi all,

I am trying to find CallEventConsumer.xsd and AgentEventConsumer.xsd, which are imported in CallEventConsumer.wsdl and AgentEventConsumer.wsdl.

WSDL files are available in aacc-7_0_2-cct-open-interfaces-sdk whereas XSD files are not.

I need to implement CallEventConsumer and AgentEventConsumer, and I cannot generate C# interfaces using WSDL.EXE, unless I don't have XSD files.

You'll find them in the SOAOI_RefClient sample codebase in the CCT/OI SDK downloaded from this site.

As a footnote, it is unusual combination of interfaces as developers will generally tend toward the native CCT/.NET libraries for C# projects.
