Hello,

i am using the client sdk javascript library to request presence state of the current user.

I followed the example code "retrieving self presence".
I receive an error message when the selfContact.startPresence() is executed.
The error contains the value unsupported.

If i use the sip endpoint with a desk phone, the presence state is available and displayed at the phone.

Can anyone explain the cause for the error unsupported?

complete sdk debug logs
