Hello All,

We have a scenario wherein we need to send the customize email body from calling Open interface application to customer.

Example is below.
1. Customer send account number via email.
2. Emailmanager call web service Email Open interface to get the number and modify email body.
3. CCMM rule configure to close this email directly.
4. CCMM to send the email body as autoresponse to customer.

Step 1-3 is working ok. However, on step 4, we are not sure how we can send the custom email body to customer. It seems by design this is only possible for inbound email processing. Is there a way for AACC only to get that custom mail send to customer like an autoresponse mail? Thank you.
