hello,
We built Avaya breeze, cluster as general purpose, built SIP entity as Avaya Breeze.
I am not sure should I built another SIP Entity as OTHER as we built SIP Entity for Presence.

Avaya Aura System running on rel 8.0.1

Presence Services is only supported on a Core Platform cluster, not on a General Purpose cluster. If you want to have engagement designer or custom snap-ins, you will need to deploy a separate GP cluster, and that cluster will need its own SIP entities.

I see. You should select a SIP Entity type of "Avaya Breeze".
