Hi ,

I have logged in with an IPOCC agent , if i am doing any outbound and inbound calls , sometimes i am getting duplicate events from Avaya IPOCC in my application where endpointtoken,taskconnid and taskid is same. what will be the reason for generating duplicate events from ipocc ??

Hi Pragyan,
This might be mirrored events. They mainly differ in “originatorEpId”.
I.e. besides the information as e.g. “Your phone starts to ring” there can be the same information for the caller. But there it is with the address of the other side.
They are rather helpful, if you don’t monitor the other side.

I am stucked in below call scenario using ipocc wsc.
suppose agent1 which is in ongoing call with customer and again make outbound call to another agent(agent2) to make a confernece call.
once conference is activated how to rectify which taskid is getting changed(OnEPTaskChanged) and after conference how to get details of customer number for agent2 endpointtoken?
