We have an OD application that can accept DTMF or Speech input. This application is currently running with no issues under AAEP 7.0.1. After an upgrade to AAEP to 7.2.2 was done we are running into an inconsistent issue. If there are two prompts essentially back to back and speech input is used for the first (menu prompt), there is never an issue. However, if a single digit DTMF is used for the first (menu) prompt, then the second prompt will return an error when loading 7 out of 10 times. In addition to this being a currently functional application, we wrote a net new test application that only the two prompts and can recreate the issue.
