I have a problem while login process. If user entered right username and password, this works perfectly.

But user entered wrong username and password then showing authentication page on screen (see attachment loginError.png)

As i understand, AvayaClientServices do the login process so i cannot handle this minify javascript file.

How to unhide this authantication panel ?

Unfortunately at this time that's a limitation of the solution. It's actually the browser that is opening the popup and it isn't possible, even in the AvayaClientServices JavaScript code, to prevent the browser from opening the popup. It will require a change in the authentication strategy used by the JavaScript Client SDK and the server components in order to resolve the issue.
