Hello,
We need to get calling party's phone number which is waiting in queue as real time.I could not access via real time cms report.How can i reach the caller's number. Vdn monitoring is not proper way for my situation because system does have more than 300 Vdns. I need a better solution , for example real time cms reports. I have to solve this problem immediately. Thanks for help

I can't think of any solution other than to monitor the VDNs using TSAPI, JTAPI or DMCC.

If you are only interested in the Queued event then using DMCC or TSAPI would allow you to filter out all other events. This would reduce the number of events sent to the client application (if you are worried about loading).
