Hi,

I'm receiving the following error logs running Aavay SDK (4.3). These are occuring upon and shortly after connection to the user.
I am enabling only sip user configuration and shared control, disabling Wcs, Ppm, Acs and Amm configurations in my user start-up.

Is anybody able to shed some light on what is causing these issues, configuration or network etc?

I can share more information upon request.

Thank you,
Chris

2) I am seeing errors related to setting codecs and certificate issues .

Can you please check if your device is getting valid IP address?

It would helpful if full logs can be provided and also your configuration file that you are using to initialize your App.

Thanks for the response.

I'm following up with one of the admins on the Aura question, and will respond soon. I'm also attaching the full logs, and configurations.

The machine is picking up IP address correctly. I am able to connect and disconnect, placing and receiving calls correctly in shared control mode.

Regards,
Chris

Hi Just following up.

We are using an Aura environment. The station is registering to Avaya Aura Session Manager and then sequenced to an Avaya Aura Communications Manager.

Hi,

The logs provided unfortunately have loglevel set to Error.

Can you please set loglevel to Debug and provide logs ?
2019-09-27 17:32:27.718[22336] ERROR SCPAPI: SetLogLevel(Error)

Can you please provide with the following info ?

1) Can you point me from your user configuration where you are setting FQDN /IP addr and TLS port for Avaya Session Manager (Proxy server) ? I am doubting some incorrect user configuration in this case.

2) Also are you using same user configuration file in shared control ?

3) I am seeing device is still getting null IP addr. Please check log below.

2019-09-27 17:32:29.994[11484] ERROR GetNetworkAddressType: Address information is not valid. Address= 0.0.0.0

Hi Pallavi,

Thank you for the response. To answer your questions:

1) the FQDN and TCP port are as follows. I've confirmed the details, and I'm getting a correct connection with the session manager. The config is:
sm1.uc.sonichealthcare.com:5060
sm2.uc.sonichealthcare.com:5060

In the user config: SipUserConfiguration/ConnectionPolicy/SignalingServerGroup:

"SignalingServerGroup":{
"RegistrationGroups":[
{
"SimultaneousRegistrationLimit":2,
"SignalingServers":[
{
"PermanentMemberOfRegistrationGroup":false,
"PreloadedRoutes":null,
"TransportTypeToPortMap":{
"Tcp":5060
},
"FailbackPolicy":0,
"HostName":"sm1.uc.sonichealthcare.com"
},
{
"PermanentMemberOfRegistrationGroup":false,
"PreloadedRoutes":null,
"TransportTypeToPortMap":{
"Tcp":5060
},
"FailbackPolicy":0,
"HostName":"sm2.uc.sonichealthcare.com"
}
]
}
]
}

2) Yes, I'm using the same configuration in shared control. Ie, I'm connecting as described and calling ActivateSharedControl on the SharedControlService returned.

I'm sorry I only attached the error log. I've attached a debug log.

Thanks again,
Chris

Hi Chris,

I had look at Debug logs attached and I am seeing that registration with Session Manager (SM)
was successful along with shared control activation.

Then I am seeing client shutdown being initiated afterwards from Application.

Looking at debug logs, I am seeing connection was properly established with Session Manager (SM).

Are you only concerned with error logs that you are seeing or is it some other weird behavior that you are seeing even after connection was setup?

Hi Pallavi,

Yes, I'm only concerned with the fact that the sdk it reporting errors. There is no unexpected behavior that I'm aware of. I want to ensure that the configuration and execution is stable. Do you know what these errors are indicative of, with respect to our configuration, or if there is something we need to avoid in how we are calling the sdk?

Thanks again,
Chris

Hi Chris

I had look at the errors in the logs provided and they do not seem to be pointing to any issue(they are more for debug logging). You can ignore these errors if you are not seeing any unexpected behavior.
