We are attempting to run a DMCC tool that can control buttons on multiple devices.

In order to do this we need to be able to register the terminal without needing the terminal PIN or access code.

How is this achieved as we keep getting Registration Reject reason: securityDenial Access code invalid

There are instructions in the DMCC programmer's guide; Please review the entirety of the section for full details. Please also make sure you are using the appropriate release version of the document for your particular needs.

For AE Services 5.x and later when used with Communication Manager 5.1 or later, the
client application does not have to know the extension password to register a device,
provided the following is true:
• The DeviceID contains the administered switch name associated with a valid
switch connection to Communication Manager
• The switch connection to the Communication Manager is active and talking
• The SDB on the AE Services server is enabled
• The CTI user has “Unrestricted Access” in the SDB
• The extension’s class of restriction (COR) on the Communication Manager has:
o “Can Be Service Observed” set to “y”
o “Can Be a Service Observer” set to “y”
