Traditionally, when working with systems such as AACC, I have used CCT console to create an "integration user" for CTI applications.

I am in the process of testing a CTI solution for ACCS but am unable to find a similar CCT Console within ACCS. Specifically, I am looking for a section to configure "agent assignments" similar to the screenshot below (also attached).

Where would I find an equivalent screen for ACCS?
