Avaya Aura Experience Portal: 7.2.0
POM Version : 3.1.1

We are having the below clarifications regarding getting telephony call results of the dialed contacts in the contact list of Avaya POM.

1. Is there any APIs available by which we can get the exact behaviour/telephony outcome of the customer call dialled from Avaya POM. The contacts list API returning only the respective agent configured results. We would like to receive the exact telephony outcomes of the calls made.

Could you please assist us on this.

I am unsure if the Events SDK provides enough coverage of your needs, but it is a starting point that will probably provides some of of the information you are seeking.
