I have a notification consumer deployed that only accepts HTTPS traffic.

Subscription for events from CCT Open Interfaces does succeed, but CCT logs show a SSL handshake exception when trying to send the events.

Which java keystore needs to be updated with the CA certs for this to work?
What is the password for this keystore?

I have already tried adding the CA certs to the default JRE cacerts keystore, but that did not work. The CCT web services seem to be using a different keystore, or CCT web services are not configured with a JVM startup parameter to point to a keystore...

For the thousands of people that have viewed my question. Here is the answer:

Add your server self-signed certificate or corporate root CA certificate to "Security Manager" on all AACC servers where CCT is running.
"Security Manager" is an Avaya utility installed along with all the other Avaya utilities for AACC.

Indeed. Apologies to all those that viewed and did not find an answer. One thing to consider (where possible/reasonable) is to simply use SMGR to sign "all things Avaya-ish".
