Hi,

We would like to use the Service Observe features with a SIP softphone.
Is there any way to achieve this with the sdk?

Presently with released version of CSDK , only UC features are supported. There is development going for CSDK support for CC features like Service Observing etc. These CC features would be likely be available in near future soon.

The UC/CC features would be supported for CSDK 4.7 and Workplace 3.10 Sept 2020.

version 4.9.0.0 is released now but we don't see any new feature description about service observing and CC features. Can you please provide an update?

Have you checked API documentation for this content e.g ServiceObservingEventArgs Properties or AgentService.CallSupervisor Method ?
