Hello,

i have tested the Sample App of the communication package within the ClientSDK (version 4.3).

The login aborts after 10-15 seconds with the following messages in the browser console:


[10/16/2019, 10:55:42 AM] NetworkProvider: CallGatewayProvider,Network error occurred. Status: 400001
[10/16/2019, 10:55:40 AM] CSGPresenceAndCallProvider: Failed to subscribe for user@domain presence
e.prototype._sendSubscribeRequest/this._subscribePresenceTimeoutId</<@file:///folder/Avaya/clientsdk/CommunicationSampleApp/js/lib/AvayaClientServices-4.3.0.32.min.js:1:1038395


In the logfiles of the webgateway server if have the following error messages:


ERROR 16 Oct 2019 10:50:49,601 pool-AffinityJAIN-thread-14 com.avaya.scsdk.sea - (SipTelephonyEventListenerImpl.java:1356) Failed to parse and process notification :org.xml.sax.SAXParseException; lineNumber: 2; columnNumber: 73; Element type "feature-status" must be followed by either attribute specifications, ">" or "/>"
ERROR 16 Oct 2019 10:53:31,465 pool-AffinityJAIN-thread-33 com.avaya.csa.presence.sessions - (PresenceImSession.java:469) Unable to set notification update url
ERROR 16 Oct 2019 10:54:15,324 jersey-background-task-scheduler-0 com.avaya.csa.resources - (PresenceSubscriptionResource.java:210) suspended asynchronous response timed out. userId[user@domain clientId[b4acb45c-f9f6-43b0-92a0-fbc6d0ce9fec], asyncResponse[org.glassfish.jersey.server.ServerRuntime$AsyncResponder@34cfae3f]
ERROR 16 Oct 2019 10:54:15,328 jersey-background-task-scheduler-0 com.avaya.csa.provider - (ServiceExceptionMapper.java:89) Sending error response 503 : Request 'presenceSubscriptions' timed out, Please retry-after '19' [PRESENCE_ASYNC_TIMEOUT(5030008)]


Maybe someone has an idea for the cause of this behaviour.

Looks like network issue during login. Is it possible to attach debug logs so that we can investigate in detail?
