To use an Application user, do I need also to license each user being monitored? Or just the CTI Link Pro license is needed?
Documentation is not very specific regarding this issue.

Also, if a Device user is extra needed: it could be Office Worker ? Documentation mentions any: Power user, Office Worker ot Teleworker, but in another section they only describe the usage with Power User.
