Is there any AES JTAPI API to get list of all not ready reason codes on CM Server?

I presume you are looking for the contents of the "display reason-code-names" table on Communication Manager. I do not think it is possible to get this information using JTAPI.

It may be possible to get this using the SMS web service - https://www.devconnectprogram.com/site/global/products_resources/avaya_aura_application_enablement_services/interfaces/sms_web_service/overview/index.gsp

You can look through the list of supported models in the SMS SDK to see if the form you want from the SAT is included in the listing.
