This is just my first post in here , happy to be here.
Is there a way to connect to the CCMS DB in order to customized my own report from historical reporting,so far all i can do is an odbc connection that is succesful,so the question is how to connect to the CCMS DB from the third party.
Which account to use , where to create this account ?

I use the sysadmin pass to set the odbc connection ,

Hi, I'm not sure what you mean by CCMS database. Do you maybe mean CMS (Communication Manager reporting)? If so, we don't directly support direct access to CMS from Breeze.
