Subject: Failing to download the AACC7-1 .net Web Comms SDK

I have tried several times to download the .Net version of the AACC7-1 Web Comms SDK, but the link it provides (after agreeing to the software agreement) simply returns me to the software agreement page WITHOUT downloading the SDK

HELP PLEASE! :)

Not understanding properly. There is no .NET webcomms SDK, only PHP and JSP? Tested both those and they appear to be working.
