This is just my first post in here , happy to be here.
Is there a way to connect to the CCMS DB in order to customized my own report from historical reporting,so far all i can do is an odbc connection that is succesful,so the question is how to connect to the CCMS DB from the third party.
Which account to use , where to create this account ?

I use the sysadmin pass to set the odbc connection ,

Historical reporting is usually done through CCMA custom reports. I think there are some how-tos out there on that and some guidance in the documentation (although it depends on the Microsoft Reporting so you may need those references too. If you do want to do OBDC connection you can, there are details in the documentation; see "Defining the Cach'e ODBC DSN for CCMS" in "Using AACC Reports and Displays".
