We are trying to read/update from and to a Postgres DB in the Avaya Breeze Engagement Designer. To set that up we have tried to use the default postgres database, but we can't access it from the PGAdmin to configure it and prepare the tables that will be used. We also tried to create a new postgres DB but we don't know how to make it accessible to the Avaya cloud.
is there anybody can help to us?
thanks in advance

Hi ,
unfortunately I don't have access to the Avaya Wiki.
If you can paste the content or send it by email I would be grateful.
Thanks,
Feliciano

Thanks for your answer.
We have review the document you sent but al the information is relative to SQL database, and we want to use the Postgres database included in the Avaya Collaboratory Breeze environment.
I don't know if you can help us.
Regards
Feliciano
