1 .Using provided SIP details, we are trying to connect SDK using (start) method. But we are not getting success or failure call backs from CSDK.
2.If we switch the internet connection from WiFi to edge or vice versa , the SDK gets connected to the servers and we can make audio video calls.

Please help us to resolve this issue

In the failure logs we find “ Data Not Available” error.

Please help us with the solution

Hi,

Is it possible to share debug logs to get into more details of your issue?
As you are able to connect on network switch, need to check in more detail why not working first time.

Hi Sundar,

Thanks for providing the logs. We have gone through the logs and found that the issue is related PPM server
and its due to wrong configuration at PPM. Please confirm it and retest with the suggested solution.
