Hi,

Is there any concept of setting wrapup codes while agent on ACD inbound call in Avaya Aura CCElite like Cisco Finesse Agent Desktop? If yes how can I configure in Avaya Aura CM and which AES JTAPI API will help me to set that.

We are using Reason Codes in Avaya Aura CM for agent to set their Auxiliary state with reason. Wrapup code help me to set customer feed back like "Customer Not Satisfied", "Happy Customer", "Immediate Help Required" etc.

I don't think there are wrapup codes in CCElite.
