Hi Dick.
Here some links useful for you from Nuance Speech Suite web guide
(
http://35.168.182.232/Content/Welcome.html).
If you go to "Administration > Logging > Enabling logging"
(
http://35.168.182.232/Content/core_products_logging/logger_enabling.html):
Enabling logging
You can enable or disable call logging and can control the level of
diagnostic logging. You can also control how audio from a session is
stored.
PARAMETER TASK
server.callLog.enableDiskLog Enable the call log server.
server.callLog.baseDirectory Specify the output location of call logs.
swirec_diag_tags_enable Control the level of diagnostic logging, and therefore the size of the diagnostic logs.
save-waveform Save audio files associated with an utterance. These files are saved in the same path as log files.
server.rtp.wcr.enable To control whole-call recording on this Speech Server. By default, this parameter is set to 0, disabling whole-call recording.
if now you click on 'save-waveform', you'll be redirected to "Reference > Parameters > Nuance Recognizer > Parameter reference >
save-waveform"
(
http://35.168.182.232/Content/nr_config/cfg_param_save-waveform.html#cfg_config_file_params_3325011623_4084503):
save-waveform
Saves the current utterance and returns a URI pointer to the location.
Value Boolean
Default 0 (don't save)
How to set In a VoiceXML application, using the recordutterance (VoiceXML 2.1 only) property in <property> element.
In the browser, using the Save-Waveform header in a RECOGNIZE or SET-PARAMS method.
For the recognizer—In the application's session xml in the <speechrecog> section of <speechserver> under <sessionparameters>.
Usage Seldom used.
Speech Server saves the current utterance (without endpointing) and returns a pointer via the Waveform-URI header in the RECOGNITION-COMPLETE message.
Related parameter swirec_save_comp_stats
TIP: There must be enough free disk space available before you enable logging. The software stops functioning properly when the disk space
drops below the required bytes. To ensure that enough free disk space exists, create a script that checks for disk space. If the amount of
disk space is inadequate, disable waveform or other logging that may be enabled.
Hope this will help you.
