Our business is currently moving over from Windows 7 to Windows 10. We have an application which monitors calls on a user's local computer. This is triggered by the ITTAPIEventNotification_Event_Event event.

We are having trouble getting this event to trigger on windows 10 machines. We have a number of machines that were upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10. This event was triggering correctly on windows 7 but, after upgrading to windows 10, it no longer does.

Phone Manager still works correctly, showing calls as they come in/dial out and are connected/disconnected. Also, the RegisterCallNotifications method appears to work correctly within our program, it just doesn't appear to get any further.

Any suggestions would be appreciated, and hopefully I've asked the question in the right forum?
