We have two sites splitting the call traffic. However, based on the reporting data dictionary definition for Networked In and Networked Out calls, we see a discrepancy in the count. That is, the number of calls networked out from one site is not equal to the number of calls networked in at another site. We use this metrics for reporting purposes and this discrepancy is causing a confusion.

Could you please help in understanding if there is a miss in the below definitions that are being used on the database table - eCSRStat:

Networked Out: CONTACTSUBTYPE = 'NO'
Neworked In: PROVIDER = 'NSBR' AND CONTACTSUBTYPE = 'NI'

Since this will relate to site specific setup, I would triage your site support for this. In order to help them you will likely need to use the standard "CCMA/Historical Reporting" to illustrate the discrepancy you refer to.
