Hi Linda, as a starting point

For Avaya Engagement Designer, you can start from the DevConnect web page (if you already registered, otherwise you can proceed with free registration), direct link as follows

Then click on View Release under Latest Release on the right column. R3.7 is the current latest release.

Then click on the downloads tab to see what content is available for Engagement Designer.

Which "Designer" are you trying to use? Based on what you've said, I suspect it's Dialog Designer (Experience Portal application development) rather than Engagement Designer (Breeze web-UI workflows). If it's Dialog Designer, this is the wrong forum and I can move it to the correct forum for you.
