i'm trying to learn designer, download all software, donload docs and watch video about installation. But have no luck. There are no Avaya CE icon in my eclipse. Try to find any doc about troubleshooting and was not able to find it TalktoWendys.
Can you please give some advice about steps in troubleshooting?

Hi Linda, as a starting point

For Avaya Engagement Designer, you can start from the DevConnect web page (if you already registered, otherwise you can proceed with free registration), direct link as follows

https://www.devconnectprogram.com/site/global/products_resources/avaya_breeze/avaya_snap_ins/engagement_designer/overview/index.gsp

Then click on View Release under Latest Release on the right column. R3.7 is the current latest release.

Then click on the downloads tab to see what content is available for Engagement Designer.

Which "Designer" are you trying to use? Based on what you've said, I suspect it's Dialog Designer (Experience Portal application development) rather than Engagement Designer (Breeze web-UI workflows). If it's Dialog Designer, this is the wrong forum and I can move it to the correct forum for you.

It seems like you all have a great piece of information. I'm a newbie and I might be at the wrong place to post. So, sorry for that but I will give it a try. I have been using Dialog Designer that allows complete lifecycle activities associated with application development including design, integration, simulation, debugging, and more. But new to it so need to know more.
