Can someone help me with identifying the reason for the following error? This is a new build and appserver resides in AAEP. We are seen the following alarm on EPM
Runtime License Error :com.avaya.weblm.LicenseException: Product not found


and the following on app trace.log

: Runtime :false
: IC :false
: CTI :false
: Remaining grace period 91301946
: License is bad, allowing grace period
: License refresh timer started
: MessageType is speech
