Hi,

We have got a ACCS Business Continuity solution built and when we use CCMA using Managed IP the real time displays are working as expected.

When we use RTDSDK with ACCS Business Continuity fails when using the Managed IP.

Get error that user unable to login error code 60001. If I use the physical IP it logins successfully but not when using Managed IP.

Any Help is greatly appreciated

Thanks, Darren

You should go to your site servicing for support with this issue. Any HA solution will likely require their support. If you have the published DevConnect Application Notes for the 3rd-party solution to hand they should be able to quickly review and validate the deployment. Note: the CCMA and CCMS addresses will likely be the same but RTD should use CCMS FQDN.

Hey I am also having this issue on 7.1.0.3
Have tried managed IP which fails with 60001, managed FQDN passes the network test but gets;
login exception: Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt.

I'd raise this with site servicing, I can't recall the exact patch bundle but I believe there was a patch related to this. You'll also need to ensure you have the latest RTDSDK as we recently posted one (although the changes there probably don't relate).
