Hello
I am trying to download the Avaya Aura® Contact Center CCMM Web Communications SDK - JSP edition, Release 7.0
But when I do, and tick the box and submit on page...

it 'loops' me back to...

Try a different browser, I think. The URL downloads the 'aacc-7_0-web-communications-jsp-sdk-updated-0216.zip' file for me. Did you get presented with and agree to the EULA (or licensing or whatever lawyer peoples call that stuff)?

I have tried 3 different browsers, all with the same result.
Why can't life be easier than this? :(

I have tried 3 different browsers and also 3 separate devices and still the above behaviour happens, looping from the download page back to the terms of download agreement
Sure this can't be all my devices!?

APPEAL FOR HELP
Fergus, or someone else, could you please email me the SDK zipped file? I have come to the end of my tether trying this on various devices (have tried another 2 today) and they all exhibit the same unhelpful behaviour.

Very sorry for the delay. Please open a [technical ticket] with us as the forums are intended as a community channel and not a support channel. I am unable to share materials as access is dependent on agreement to the licensing terms (I am told) but if I have ticket in my queue we will figure something out (and I have to look at it everyday so I can't walk away and then come back to it when I'm bored like I did here). Apologies again.
